Goji Berry Citrus Spritzer


2 Lemons, juiced
1 Orange, juiced
1 tablespoon of Goji Berries, soaked
1 cup young Thai coconut water (or plain filtered water)
1 cup fizzy mineral water
1 tablespoon Agave Nectar, or a few drops of stevia liquid
½ teaspoon Camu Camu powder (natural source of vitamin C), or a good vitamin C powder
Pinch of sea salt


Put all ingredients, except the fizzy mineral water, and including the Goji Berry soak water,into a high speed blender. Blend until smooth then strain. Add the fizzy mineral water, and pour over ice. Add a slice of lemon to each glass.





Healthy Festive Drinks

Fruit Juice Fizz


1/3 - ½ glass any pure organic natural fruit juice

Fizzy mineral water

Slices of melon, lemon, peach etc


Cut the fruit juice with the mineral water, add the fresh fruit slices and pour into glasses. Add ice if liked. Simple and delicious!

Pink Kombucha


Brew a batch of kombucha, adding a couple of mulberries to the tea. The result is a beautiful, pink, delicious festive drink that is good for you!


Sole’ Mineral Cocktail


2 tablespoons sole’  (see opposite for how to make sole’)

1-2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

3/4 litre fresh watermelon juice (juice some rind as well as the pink flesh, for the minerals and chlorophyll it contains)

A large handful of ice cubes


Blend everything in your blender until the ice is broken into small pieces. Best served and drunk immediately.


Variation:

Use rock melon juice mixed with water melon juice

Use cucumber juice and add a tablespoon or to taste of agave syrup


How To Make Sole’


Put two tablespoons of crushed Himalayan salt in a clean jar. Fill the jar with water and stir well, to dissolve the salt.


If all the salt dissolves, add more until the water is saturated, and no more salt will dissolve.


You now have Sole’, which is rich in minerals. It contains 84 of the 94 mineral elements that our bodies’ contain.
