Fresh seasonal fruit cut into chunks

½ cup natural goats or sheep milk yoghurt

¼ to ½ cup water

1 tsp raw honey

Small handful fresh or frozen raspberries

Fruit Salad with Raspberry and Yogurt Sauce

Blend together the last 4 ingredients and pour over the fruit in a bowl.

This makes a quick and nourishing breakfast.
