Make a glass of fresh carrot juice in your juicer.

You can vary the juice, adding beetroot, green leaves, celery, cabbage, sprouts.

Make it thicker for a living foods dip, adding any herb or spice to suit your taste buds.

Avocado and Carrot Soup

Put the juice in your blender, and add

half a ripe avocado

some chunks of fresh zucchini

a leaf or two of basil

a teaspoon of mellow white miso or a dash of vege-sea salt

a teaspoon of dulse flakes

Blend until smooth and eat!
